Unlocks the new "Comet NEXT", a Stellar Gear model made exclusively for Halley, as well as the "Halley's Battle Data+" custom chip.
After unlocking Halley in-game, this DLC can be accessed via Ship > Training > Hangar > Switch Stellar Gear in the menu.

*DLC Stellar Gear have higher stats and exclusive custom bonuses that make them more powerful than even standard models that are upgraded to the maximum level.
*DLC Stellar Gear cannot be upgraded.
