About the Game

Rift Riff is a tower defense game in which you pick your own tower layout, build towers at predefined tower locations, fight off free roaming monsters, apply overpowered tower upgrades, and travel many vibrant worlds.

Monsters attack in waves, either going straight for your basecamp or attempting to destroy every tower in proximity. You obtain juice (your build resource) during monster waves and have the ability to build towers both during and after waves.

Surviving the onslaught of monsters gives you prisms, which in turn unlocks more worlds, towers, and tower upgrades.

Rift Riff puts you in the shoes of a lone rifter navigating the depths of spacetime in search of treasure. Across a shifting cycle of lush and barren worlds, you summon towers, harvest energy, and battle hostile inhabitants – all to expand your arsenal and plunge even deeper into the unknown.

Demo Content

The demo has ± 1.5 hours of gameplay, with:

• 8 worlds, 6 tower types, 1 upgrade type, 10 monster types, and 8 challenges.

Full Game Content

The full game currently has ± 6–8 hours of gameplay, with more content in development:

• 14 worlds with 2 or more scenarios each.

• 15 tower types with 8 overpowered upgrades.

• 24 monster types with varying behaviors.

• 28 challenges with increasing difficulty.

• All the good Steam stuff: achievements, stats, controller support, cloud saves.
